I ran out of superlatives a long time ago when describing how important this band's music has been to me over the years.

It may not be a classic yet!, but Embers is yet another beautifully crafted album, that weighs heavy with emotion and heartwarming reflection. Poignant in its writing, and blissful in its delivery, GIAA mark another one of life's inevitable destinations with a warmth and a sincerity that makes it a celebration of all that has gone before, and of all that will be remembered.

One of the standout tracks, "Fallen Leaves", feels almost like a reincarnation of the iconic track "Fragile", from the brilliant All Is Violent, All Is Bright album, which in itself is very high praise! This is essential listening. I should also mention that you must experience God Is An Astronaut live at least once in your lifetime
